FAQ

Discover our Frequently Asked Questions about care and repair, shipping and returns and more.

Where do you source your gemstones?

Our crystals and semi-precious stones are sourced in their purest form, with each gemstone having its own scientific and metaphysical meaning.

We work with suppliers in the United Kingdom, United States, India and Australia.

Which materials do you use to create your jewellery?

We use natural, high quality gemstones, solid 14 or 18 karat gold, premium silk and Japanese nylon to create each of our designs.

How do I know the quality of gold in my piece?

All our jewellery is hallmarked with laser in the United Kingdom to certify what karat of gold was used:

'585' stands for 14 karat gold;

'750' stands for 18 karat gold.

Why do you knot your designs?

Traditionally, delicate pearls and precious stones were knotted between each bead to prevent wear and to ensure that if the strand broke, the majority of the beads could not be lost. The knotting process helps to strengthen the silk and gives the beads a ravishing floating illusion.

What happens if my jewellery breaks?

Silk is a beautiful material but as it is a natural fiber it can wear over time. If your jewellery needs restringing, please email us and we will provide the details of where to send your gemstone piece. You can find more information in our Care Guide

How do I place a bespoke order?

Send us an email or a message on our social media platform to get the process started. We can tailor the design to include specific gemstones, colours, shapes and cut – whatever your inspiration, we can bring your jewellery dream alive.

We offer a one-to-one appointment at our location in Chelsea, where we will discuss the gemstone size, necklace length, clasp style and cord options – for instance, our vegan clients go for nylon cord instead of silk.

Depending on the gemstone, bespoke orders may take up to two weeks to complete. To reserve the piece, we require a 20% deposit.

The final payment is due once your jewellery is completed, prior to shipment.

What is your Returns Policy?
